EQ Care is EQ Bay's maintenance program with three service packages Lite, Plus, and Max designed for various levels of equipment usage, from one-time inspections to comprehensive AMC coverage.

Our EQ Care Plus and Max customers receive priority service with a response time of 24–48 hours. Standard service requests are scheduled based on availability.

Spare parts are included only in the EQ Care Max package. For the Lite and Plus plans, spare parts are billed separately as needed.

Yes, our technical team can evaluate and offer support for third-party equipment based on compatibility and availability of parts, subject to an initial inspection.
