The Nabertherm Ashing Furnace L ../11 BO is purpose-built for applications involving the thermal decomposition or combustion of organic materials, such as food sample ashing, debinding of ceramics post additive manufacturing, loss on ignition determination, and thermal cleaning of molds. This model features a dual-function capability, supporting ashing processes up to 600 °C and sintering processes up to 1100 °C. It is equipped with a passive safety system and an integrated thermal/catalytic post combustion unit to eliminate harmful exhaust gases. A powerful exhaust gas fan extracts emissions and introduces fresh oxygen-rich air, ensuring clean combustion and optimal process conditions. Ceramic heating plates ensure uniform heat distribution from three sides, while preheated incoming air supports temperature stability. With a ventilated dual-shell housing, a steel collection tray, and a spring-loaded safety door, this unit prioritizes user safety and durability. The C550 touchscreen controller enables programmable, multi-step temperature control, and USB data logging with NTLog Basic adds traceability to every batch process.
