The Nabertherm Compact Tube Furnaces are engineered for universal use across various thermal processing needs, offering an excellent price-to-performance ratio. Featuring a standard C 530 ceramic working tube and dual fiber plugs designed for operation in air, these furnaces provide reliable, uniform heating with outer tube diameters ranging from 50 mm to 170 mm and heated lengths from 250 mm to 1000 mm. Available in maximum operating temperatures of 1200 °C (Type N thermocouple) and 1300 °C (Type S thermocouple), the furnaces use solid state relays for quiet, efficient operation. Their single-zone design ensures consistent temperature control, supported by heating elements mounted on support tubes to optimize radiant heat distribution. Housed in ventilated dual-shell stainless steel enclosures, these models maintain low surface temperatures and robust stability. The insulation excludes any materials classified under EC Regulation No. 1272/2008 (CLP), ensuring safer handling. The B510 touchscreen controller offers programmable operation with up to five programs and four segments each, while NTLog Basic allows USB process data recording for traceability. Designed for safe, reliable use within defined operating instructions, these furnaces suit a broad range of laboratory and industrial processes.
